Ashley Voss, CPA
Ashley Voss joined the professional team of Ratliff & Associates in 2008. Ashley started his auditing career with Ernst & Young, LLP in Fort Worth, Texas. After almost four years of public accounting, he joined the internal audit team at EMC Mortgage in Lewisville before transitioning to R&A. He enjoys assisting churches and ministries toward the fulfillment of their mission and purpose. Ashley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University and has been a CPA since 2002.
He is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs.
Ashley lives in Fort Worth with his wife of over ten years and their twin daughters. They are active members at Wellspring Church in North Richland Hills. He is an avid hiker, reader and musician.
Mandy Bankston, CPA
Mandy joined the firm’s professional team in 2007. Prior to joining Ratliff & Associates, she had over 17 years’ experience in audit and accounting, including over 3 years’ serving nonprofit organizations. Her diverse background includes experience in internal audit, public accounting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, recruiting and controllership. Mandy is passionate about the opportunity to use her developed accounting skills to serve the Church by providing audit and consulting services specific to churches and ministries. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1992 and has been a CPA since 1994.
She is an active member of the Fort Worth Chapter of Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she is involved in CPAs Helping Schools, SantaAccountants, and other community outreach programs.
Mandy lives in Crowley, TX with her husband of over 19 years and their two daughters. The Bankstons are active members of Grace Community Church in Arlington, TX where Mandy and Ken are volunteer leaders in the Great Adventure marriage ministry. She enjoys theatre, dance, outdoor adventures and playing with her girls.
