Our fees are based on our normal billing rates times the hours spent on your engagement.  You will also be billed for travel and other out-of-pocket costs such as report production, typing, postage, etc.   Billing rates vary according to the level of experience of the professional assigned to your engagement.  The amount of time to perform our required procedures varies according to the advance preparation by the client, assistance by the client during our visit, the adequacy of your records, unusual or unexpected findings during our audit or review, and other factors.

Before each engagement, we provide you with a fee estimate.  Our fee estimates are based on anticipated cooperation from your personnel and the assumption that unexpected circumstances will not be encountered during the audit. If significant additional time is necessary, we will discuss it with you and arrive at a new fee estimate before we incur the additional costs. If we incur less time than estimated, we will bill you the lower amount.  Our invoices for these fees will be rendered each week as work progresses and are payable on presentation.
